    Placed my order pm and received it by 9am next day, Nothing was too much effort for the delivery men. The applaince was too large to get into the house, so they removed the doors from the appliance and replaced them, checked the goods were in condition and even disposed of all the wrapping.     At 71 it was dufficult to pull out old

    At 71 it was dufficult to pull out old machine and undo hoses. It had to be done or note said they may not fix machine and would not refund fixing feea. Why do they presume everyone has a mobile phone to advise delivery times? Read Full Review »

    It was very easy to order and arrange delivery - but to our horror one retaining bolt was left inside the machine despite the fact we had paid for installation.
