The ordering process, delivery and

The ordering process, delivery and quality of goods were all very good. However, what let Appliances Online down for me was the persistence of the person who phoned me initially to confirm the order, then trying to sell me extra guarantee cover. He was polite but far too persistent and didn t take no for an answer until I had to end the call. This tarnished their otherwise impressive service.
