Although I was a little wary of ordering

Although I was a little wary of ordering a large electrical appliance online, I felt reassured by the positive comments concerning Appliances Online. In particular it was good to be able to specify a date for delivery very early on in the buying process. Anyway - as promised, the order was confirmed and the delivery date and time slot was texted to me twice, and then confirmed by phone twice at intervals - including on the day. The two delivery men were cheerful and helpful. I would use this company again.
