A complaint was made to appliances online due to the following issues

As you are aware you delivered this appliance to me today, my husband has rung you to complain as the delivery people were rude and unhelpful and refused to deliver and place the washing machine as directed they then left the property. We have only signed for the goods to state they were delivered and in appropriate condition. As you can clearly see on this order it was logged there was 1 flight of stairs with no lift when I placed the order yet it was refused to take the appliance down the stairs and to remove the old one. When ringing to complain you refused to send the men back to resolve yet they had only just left the property you offered to refund the recycling removal cost of 9.99 as you clearly did not carry out this service. We asked for you to take back your appliance and refund the full amount as we would order elsewhere you refused stating you would charge 49.99 for this.

THE ABOVE IS UNACCEPTABLE I AM FULLY AWARE OF THE COMPLICATIONS CAUSED BY HAVING A BASEMENT KITCHEN AND ENSURE THIS IS MADE CLEAR WHEN I ORDER AND RELEVANT COMPANIES ENSURE THEY ASSIGN THE TASK APPROPRIATELY. IT CLEARLY STATES THIS ON MY ORDER YET YOUR MEN REFUSED.

I DO NOT HAVE THESE PROBLEMS WITH WELL KNOWN COMPANIES AND I GUESS A LESSER SERVICE IS OFFERED WHEN IT IS CHEAPER TO BUY OFF LESSER COMPANIES ONLINE.

the company have not resolved my complaint and only offered to pay back the 9.99 removal costs of the old machine which they did not take either leaving the new one in my lounge. They 9.99 has still nit been refunded althought the order ws placed in July 09
