Cooker arrived as agreed on 20th August

Cooker arrived as agreed on 20th August later than adviced at 715 pm when adviced between 1pm - 6pm But as I was in,it wasn t a big problem but wasn t adviced of the delay.
Cooker oven parts missing so unable to use oven. I reported this immediatly- then waited -and waited for a delivery. Unable to inquire about delay due to VERY long wait each time I phone On September 2nd told that the parts not in stock and awaiting a delivery the week later. If this information was given at time of my initial reporting I would have been able to continue using my old cooker. It has caused much inconvience to say the least. The best I can hope for is a 4 week wait- but I m not holding my breath
