Good performance but marred by delivery

Good performance but marred by delivery in that side by side fridge freezer was slightly damaged getting it into the house. A price adjustment was made and in mitigation it is a large appliance which does not pass easily through normal sized doorways. What it needed was the removal of the appliance doors (which retailer had stated as an option and which I mentioned to delivery men) which would have made things much easier. I got the impression this was a last resort as far as delivery men were concerned!
