The most appalling shopping experience I have ever encountered.

My order was originally delayed as the advisor that took my order forgot the issue number of my card.

When I finally received the item in question (a lensbaby composer) it turned out the item was damaged and had quite clearly been used. I spoke to another advisor who told me that this would have arrived from the manufacturer in this state - I find hard to believe. They have agreed to issue a replacement (which happens to be in stock, despite when I placed my order there was "only one left")

To add insult to injury they did not get my name right on the phone, invoice or delivery address - despite me correcting them more than once - when I mentioned this I was told by the advisor "oh, that's ok" - hello! it is actually quite rude! It is also rude to pick up the phone & straightaway slam it back down on customers who, funnily enough, keep your company in business.

The worst thing is I am on a deadline as this was intended to be a birthday present. I am trying keep faith - hopefully they can turn it round for themselves. But based on my experience so far I would not recommend them at all.
