    Phoned to order on Saturday and was quoted £329.99. When I mentioned the online price, he said it was an error but he'd see what he could do. Very friendly chap on the phone.     The most appalling shopping experience I have ever encountered.

    My order was originally delayed as the advisor that took my order forgot the issue number of my card.
