I was so impressed with the service i recieved my tv when they said it would come the price was unbelievably cheap.

Don't use this company if you want a refund facility and reasonable time to delivery!
I ordered a £400 Sony TV from the website. The site gave no estimated delivery date so I immediately had to phone to get one. They said up to 6 weeks so I cancelled the order and bought elsewhere where the price was the same but delivery time was 5 days.

Ordered Samsung TV came on time all appeared good, set up TV to find that the display settings you configure yourself revert back to the default on switching the TV off or after 1hr of watching the TV. I guess this is the point where I find out if they are any good after all....... Customer aftercare?? In contact with the store at present will keep you all informed of their performance.

great !
I found they had the best price for the kdl32d3000. i rang the number on they site, they confirmed it was a genuine uk model, and they had it in stock.

i drove down to their Bexleyheath store and bought it there at the online price, they do charge a handling fee for collections, but well worth it.

very helpfull staff, even loaded it into the car for me.
would recommend to anyone.
