teleworld know their stuff. The only company i found who were both willing and able to answer my numerous questions. Very helpful and friendly staff, very happy with my purchase and will certainly recommend to my friends and family and anyone else who is not 100% sure what to buy and needs a bit of advice before purchasing. Thanks Teleworld. I believe a company can be best judged on how they react when there is a problem and teleworld came out fantastically well when one of the items was found to be faulty.

Customer services (Emma) was really helpful and an upgraded replacement item arrived the very next day.

I placed my order for a Sony Bravia lcd tv, over the weekend, and on Monday I received this confirmation e-mail, followed by a phone call to say I would be receiving my Sony tv on the following Thursday. order online got my email confirming order
next day they called me to arrange delivery i got my tv,surround sound system and glass stand delivered by their own van the next day they eaven gave me a call to say they will be with me in the next hour
