Hi.Few weeks ago bought an LCD TV from this online company.When I placed the order,price was reasonable,however,for same item,now has gone up nearly £ 70 or more.
Anyway.I ask for free standard delivery and place the order.However,next day I was stunned to find out that free standard delivery would take 28 working days to arrive!!!

Absolutely brilliant. I Ordered a new sony bravia lcd in the morning. Had a phone call in the afternoon and it was delivered the next day free of charge. Im really happy with my tv and the speed it was delivered as im a very impatiant guy, have been recommending to everyone, and rubbing in the great price to my mate who spent twice as much on the same thing from the high street! wicked! About two weeks ago I ordered a TV from this store. Before i could say 'Jack Robinson, the money was out of my account the same day. When i challenged them they insisted it was their usual practice and it would take up to 24 working days to deliver my TV.

I agree totally with "anonymous 16/10/08". TV ordered 30th Sept, after weekly phonecalls kept getting told "delivery will be soon". After 28 days i cancelled order (which they were reluctant to do)and told I would have to wait up to 28 days to credit my card. Still waiting.

When they could not even deliver to the 28 working day service level they offered, and could not give a definite date for delivery, I requested a full refund. Awful.
Ordered then was told they wouldnt send me item until i had returned proof of address and a letter. Was informed this was to prevent credit card fraud, but they stillwent ahead and charged me for the TV even though they refused to send it to me!!! so it clearly wasnt about fraud protection at all. After initially ordering online on 17/05/08, I waited 4 weeks as the delivery order time said up to 28 days and I was in no hurry. After 2 weeks of excuses and blaming Sony for not delivering, I eventually gave up and asked for a cancellation and refund.
