    These cowboys are really terrible. I had noted their poor reviews, so called them prior to ordering to confirm that they would have items in stock for delivery over 1 month in advance.     Standard free delivery on items in stock is 14-28 working days which is exceptionally long and credit payment deducted immediately. Most online sites don t deduct payment until despatch is confirmed.

    So far I have only ordered and paid for the television. I have not yet heard when it is going to be delivered and whether it meets the requirements as specified in the advertisement.     VERY slow to deliver TV which was apparently in stock. Despite instant credit card payment in full on 03.01.2009, NO delivery or update for 4 days. still waiting at the time of writing this on 07.01.2009!!

    Price for the model was slightly cheaper (£30) than the rest of the dealers - but the sloppy service is not worth the saving in my book. Read Full Review »

I wrote a review on 24th December 2008 claiming I had cancelled my order on 15th December less than 12 hours after ordering and was awaiting my confirmation email to which my £349 would be refunded to my account within 30 days.     Ordered tv early December was told 2-3 weeks. Contacted teleworld in January was told they would be in touch shorlty, delay due to the xmas rush / holidays. Still no TV, thats almost 8 weeks now!! always told they will phone back but they never do.
