These cowboys are really terrible. I had

These cowboys are really terrible. I had noted their poor reviews, so called them prior to ordering to confirm that they would have items in stock for delivery over 1 month in advance. They assured me this would be the case. I called a week prior to delivery to check everything was ok, when, needless to say, they said the item was out of stock and had no idea when it would be in. I cancelled my order and was told I would receive a refund. Nearly a month later I am still waiting and am now taking legal action. Their customer service is appaling and when you finally get through to them on the phone the staff sound like they have all been lobotomised. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
