Teleworld

Ordered a TV on 13 Jan, after

Ordered a TV on 13 Jan, after confirmation received that product was in stock. As soon as payment was made, stock was no longer available !!!!
After 3 months of waiting for delivery, with regular phone calls and e-mails for updates, still hadn t received the TV. Had to obtain refund via credit card provider.

Although this company sometimes responded to e-mails, it never actually answered the questions raised. Stock will always be coming in next Tuesday or Thursday, but in my experience, never does.

Phone calls were never returned or responded to.

I m sure other buyers will have had a better experience, but I m also sure that I m not alone in my opinion that this company is a disgrace to internet shopping.

My recomendation is to use a reputable merchant such as Amazon if you want a positive e-retail experience.
