Ordered tv early December was told 2-3

Ordered tv early December was told 2-3 weeks. Contacted teleworld in January was told they would be in touch shorlty, delay due to the xmas rush / holidays. Still no TV, thats almost 8 weeks now!! always told they will phone back but they never do. I have been more than patient but if it doesnt appear this week I will be contacting the credit card company. They keep blaming Samsung but if thats the case return the money.
