Teleworld

I purchased 2x 55' (le55a596)

I purchased 2x 55' (le55a596) Samsungs from teleworld on the 1st of December. They
were priced at 300 each less than anywhere else on the net and avaialable as In-Stock

Their was alot of very unhappy people who had waitied upto 6 weeks for free delivery .
So I thought i would call them and see if I could pay extra to speed up delivery time.
After 4 calls and many promises of a return call I finally got thru to Steve.

I was then informed that they had no stock and that the price on the website was wrong
But Steve assured me I would get delivery by the 16th december so like a fool I paid them
an extra 300 for both the sets.

The 16th came and went and as they now had 4300 of my money I became very worried indeed.
So I started calling and emaling again and finally managed to cancel my order. Its now 3 weeks
since I cancelld my order and I Still have not received my refund and my emails are being Ignored.

I am very worried indeed and just live in hope I will get a refund soon.

My advice would be to avaoid this company no matter how cheap they
are falesly advertising the goods they do not have.

Use one of the bigger companies like amazon, be-direct or empire direct.

I will update my comments when I get my refund and if anyone else is having any problems
or can offer me advice please feel free to contact me.
