Teleworld

I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy

I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from Teleworld! I ordered an LCD TV which I then found out would take up to 28 days for delivery but they take your money as soon as you confirm your order! I then emailed them to cancel my order and was told I would receive a confirmation email of my cancellation. 10 days later I am still waiting on my email. I phoned them and was informed that they were dealing with their emails at this time. Also getting them to refund the money is like getting blood out of a stone...30 days for a refund, that means they have £350 of my money sitting in their bank account, customer service? What customer service!!!
