Ordered Sony LSD TV with free delivery,

Ordered Sony LSD TV with free delivery, Teleworld took money the same day and then decided to do address check. After week waiting no letter had arrived yet to do the check, contacted them yes it had been posted one more week letter arrived, two weeks gone no hope for receiving the TV soon, cancel the order and the told me to chard me £25 for cancellation which is "IT IS UNLAWFUL FOR ANY COMPANY TO MAKE A CANCELLATION CHARGE UNDER DSR (DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS" called them severlal times but no manager they can say they call back but never did, after onother 10 day got email they will cancel the order and refund will take 30 days, it has been over month now no money has been posted to me.
PLEASE DON'T USE THEM TERRIBLE SERVICE, NOT FOLLOWING UK LOW!!!!!!!!
