Teleworld

Terrible service. Went for the 'free

Terrible service. Went for the 'free delivery' option and was told that the TV would be delivered well before I left for my holiday 4 weeks later. The website 'order update' just showed 'order received and being processed'. When I called I was repeatedly given delivery dates which came and went. The day before my holiday I was told the TV was ready for despatch. I asked them to hold onto it for 2 weeks and was told it was not a problem. When I returned from my holiday they had tried to deliver it! I eventually got my TV 6 weeks after ordering.
