Teleworld

After initially ordering online on 17/05/08, I waited 4 weeks as the delivery order time said up to 28 days and I was in no hurry. After 2 weeks of excuses and blaming Sony for not delivering, I eventually gave up and asked for a cancellation and refund. I am now into my third week and I still have not been refund (8weeks in total that Teleworld have had my money). Despite numerous phone calls, Teleworld seem to be understaffed in the refund department...surprise surprise! Looks like the credit crunch has them as well! It is now the 01/07/08, I have never had my phone call returned and I am still owed £699! Now I have the inconveniance of phoning Trading standards and trying to get my bank Halifax to cancel the purchase (not sure if I can do that). This is a mickeymouse company, although competitively priced, have no support or administration for cusotmer service.
