Hi there,
As you are probably aware, there is a high risk of fraud on internet purchases, especially for electrical goods. This customer requested delivery to a different address, and says he was not told there would be a letter sent out. The letter is mentioned in our terms and conditions, and when you enter the checkout, it clearly states 'If you select a delivery address that is different to your billing address, we have to post out an authorization form to you. This may delay your delivery time slightly.' at the top of the page, it also states it again on the customer confirmation email. The customers complaint is unjustified.
