Don't use this company if you want a

Don't use this company if you want a refund facility and reasonable time to delivery!
I ordered a £400 Sony TV from the website. The site gave no estimated delivery date so I immediately had to phone to get one. They said up to 6 weeks so I cancelled the order and bought elsewhere where the price was the same but delivery time was 5 days.
Within the 15 minutes from order to cancellation, Teleworld/MyLcdShop had already taken full payment from my credit card despite having none in stock. It then took me 6 weeks of emails and phone calls to get a refund out of them, thus incurring interest charges on my credit card in the intervening period.
I called their customer service a total of 5 times about the refund. Each time they promised to call me back and 4/5 times they didn't bother.
With the exception of 1 phone call, they were entirely un-apologetic.
