Ordered a TV on 13 Jan, after confirmation received that product was in stock. As soon as payment was made, stock was no longer available !!!!
After 3 months of waiting for delivery, with regular phone calls and e-mails for updates, still hadn t received the TV. Had to obtain refund via credit card provider.

After placing my order I read some of the reviews on this site and became a little worried as to whether I would receive my tv so called the help line.
I got straight through and my order was confirmed and was advised I would receive a call on or after the 5th Feb (the 12th working day after ordering) this put my mind at rest.

Beware! Expect nothing. Read the small print and prepare for sleepless nights and endless excuses from them. Don t give them your money. They should be not be allowed to advertise/trade/prey on fools (ie mugs who send them dosh). Read Full Review »
