Have to say they are very quick to take your monies. The gift pack i ordered does not "exist" anywhere else and after checking with brand name they also confirm it does not exist. Do they make up their own packaging then? Customer service is really poor to non existent and when i checked my order (was told the order would be within 5 working days) i was kept hanging on the phone whilst a so called manager was discussing his xmas cards! No one bothered to phone back as the order was trackable and indeed their emails kept referring to Terms and Conditions...very nice! How about actually checking with royal mail might have been a good idea! No christmas present then for my g/f and to add insult to injury told me I would have to apply to the Royal Mail for a refund even though it was them who allegedly sent it. Trading Standards are investigating them as it appears lots of orders are "disappearing" but they are still taking the money. Strange that one...i know we are in a recession and companies need to survive but fleecing customers and attempting to stone wall them with non existent customer service is a strange way to go about it. I would recommend this company to my arch enemies and those who id like to see have an absolute nightmare (in honesty i still wouldnt do this to them!). Very cocky, complacent and arrogant avoid at all costs and allegedly a lady at work received some perfume 3 months after ordering and turned out to be fake....
