I ordered from this company after reading all the positive reviews.
I waited diligently for their 3-5 day delivery and notification thereof.
The delivery arrived when I was out with no notification from Priceless Electronics. Very annoying. I rang to complain and they said they sent an email which did not arrive my end as I was checking mails every day for that particular notification. The customer care employee could not of been more offhand - they were adamant that an email was sent and that was the end of the matter - tough luck basically. Very poor customer care so beware - I will now go elsewhere for any other business

"Order was placed on April 26, 2008 23:38:33.
Customer selected free delivery.
It is being dispatched in 3-5 working days and delivered in 4-6 working days - as described on our website during checkout.
"3-5 working days despatch (overnight service) delivered weekdays anytime between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm" We shipped item on Wednesday, April 30, 2008 17:07 - 4 days after receiving order.
Email notification was sent on Wednesday April 30, 2008 17:39:02 to email provided by customer.
Server logs are available upon request.
No server problems were reported at the time, so we can assume that email was sent successfully.

Customer missed two delivery attempts and called us on May 2nd (second missed delivery) requesting calling City Link driver and making him attempt redelivery same day. We called City Link, but we were advised that driver cannot go back due to other deliveries he has to make.

Unfortunately City Link is a separate company and we cannot influence their actions directly.

To all customers, who must have delivery scheduled for specific time and day, we have whole range of premiun delivery options.

We are very sorry for inconvenience caused, but according to our records, we did all we have promised.
