    TWO IFLORIST ORDERS WERE PLACED ON 19TH DECEMBER, 2008, FOR DELIVERY ON 23RD DECEMBER, 2008, AND AS AT 13TH JANUARY, 2009,THEY HAVE NEITHER BEEN DELIVERED NOR HAVE I RECEIVED ANY COMMUNICATION FROM THEM AT ALL. TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE, THE MONEY WHICH HAS BEEN TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT ON THE 23RD JANUARY HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED YET. I HAVE SENT ABOUT NINE EMAILS TO THEM. Read Full Review »

    Ordered flowers and wine for my partner in Yeovil. She has not yet received the wine. Sent 5 emails never heard a response. I call for the wine to be delivered ASAP or my account reimbursed.

The flowers cost £294.00 and the company debited it from my account.The funeral eas not until the 29thDec and I was happy that I had given plenty of time for the flowers to be made for my mothers hearst.     Unbelievably bad. I ordered some flowers for my 84 year old mothers birthday in south africa, giving 4 days notice to be delivered. They said they would deliver on the day, and they did not. Nor have they up til now. Nor will they reply to my emails, and they have no phone number. I can't get my money back, I can't get the flowers delivered and I can't get anyone to reply.     Ordered some flowers on 8/5/08 to be delivered 9/5/08. Confirmed and my account debited.
    Flowers not delivered.
    Refund promised.
    24/05/08 No refund received.
    Iflorist say that refund sent 10/5.
    Bank says no refund given and none "waiting".
    I suggest that you do not use Iflorist; they are rubbish. Read Full Review »

    In am extramlyu concerned that you have felt that we have provided a bad service, and certainly if there was non delivery, we offer a 100% satisfaction policy, in which subject to our terms, we will typically offer a refund and a complimentory bouquet.
