    Good service however I was not impressed

    Good service however I was not impressed with the communication after care as I clearly stated that I was not going to be home for delivery until a particular date & I then received 2 calls from customer services to tell me that my tv was being delivered on the day I stated that I was not around!     I ordered a new oven on a thursday lunchtime and it was delivered to me on the saturday afternoon. Very convenient and the delivery driver called me several times to let me know his whereabouts and his estimated time of arrival.
