I ordered a new oven on a thursday lunchtime and it was delivered to me on the saturday afternoon. Very convenient and the delivery driver called me several times to let me know his whereabouts and his estimated time of arrival. Was very happy with the service.Had call to say when the delivery was then a call before it was delivered on the day.Very efficient.

It was a good price and the washing machine was in good condition. However it arrived after 8 days - not the 72 hours it boasted on the website.
