    Company answered initial telephone enquiry promptly. Goods confirmed in stock. Delivery promised within 48 hours.Ordered 11.30 am on-line and goods arrived 7.30 am ! the next day.     ordered fridge freezer on Saturday, arrived on Monday, really good. Sadly it had been badly damaged in transit (fell over in van) and was rejected. Replacement never arrived and order cancelled by shipper without telling me. ended up ordering one elsewhere.
    They started off very well but fell at the second hurdle.
