    Item (PS3 controller) was new but completely unboxed, just posted loose in a jiffy bag - this did not make me confident of quality, but it worked perfectly and was genuine SONY item.

    The bluray player arrived very quickly

    The bluray player arrived very quickly within 2 days. I ordered it with a HDMI lead which did not arrive with it and was to follow. They phoned me 2 days later to tell me that they could not get the lead that they were advertising on their website and returned my money to the card.
    Only a slight blip but meant i could not use it for a week.

After ordering during the evening I received a phone call the following morning and two days later I received another phone call and the goods were delivered a few hours later around lunch time.
