I ordered a lcd led Samsung TV, the item

I ordered a lcd led Samsung TV, the item was delivered and the driver checked the delivery. Once it was installed there was actually a scratch underneath one of the glossy labels that stat led, mega contrast etc electro centre ltd or digital point did not want to know and said that i could send it back at my own cost - ignoring all distance selling regulations of a 7 day cooling off period. I ordered a tv on a Tuesday and it was delivered 2 days later (free delivery). The price was over £50 cheaper than Currys. Received a follow up call a week or so later to see if I was satisfied with the product/service. Very pleased and would recommend this company. Read Full Review »

When the fridge was unpacked at some

When the fridge was unpacked at some point after the delivery I noticed a draw was missing. Phoned them up, they got onto the manufacturer (rather than the "easy option" of telling me to) and got a new one ordered which arrived a couple of days later.
