    Delivery was initially restricted to a day designated by the supplier. A low cost deal so acceptable. However, the delivery did not take place despite numerous telephone conversations during the day and waiting in.     Difficult to review:
    Ordered on Sunday, delivered on Tuesday (good) but smashed beyond use by their courier (very bad). Reported damage immediately after delivery and was told that the item would be collected the following day. This had to be returned to them before they could despatch a replacement

    This has been my worst exp as I orderd my washing machine over a week and a half ago and still not received it.
    I have called them 3 times and it has still not delevired yet.

    I was very impressed with this company, although i ordered from Newcastle, they were able to deliver my TV on time within a few days of ordering, handy when you realise they came all the way up from Birmingham.
