Delivery was initially restricted to a day designated by the supplier. A low cost deal so acceptable. However, the delivery did not take place despite numerous telephone conversations during the day and waiting in. Alternative date arranged for delivery but communications between staff within the supplier was poor, resulting in me having to chase continually. Item arrived safely in the end. R... Difficult to review:
Ordered on Sunday, delivered on Tuesday (good) but smashed beyond use by their courier (very bad). Reported damage immediately after delivery and was told that the item would be collected the following day. This had to be returned to them before they could despatch a replacement
