FANTASTIC ALL ROUND 10/10
This was the first large item that I have bought via the internet. The choise, description, ordering and paying for my new cooker was very easy.
The follow up emails to let me know what was happening were encouraging, as there is always an element of risk buying on the internet, I was worring incase I had made a mistake and should have gone to my local shop, even though it would have cost considerably more. It turned out that my cooker arrived much quicker than a local delivery would have, the two gentlemen who delivered it helped to unwrap it to make sure that it was in good order before leaving. 10/10 to this great company, only disapointment is that I didn't get a clock that was advertised, probably because so many people bought before me and they ran out, never mind, better luck next time
