Delivery information scant and

Delivery information scant and unreliable. On 2nd attempt at delivery we made contact with the driver, who was helpful and kept us posted. First attempt at delivery we waited until 8.30 pm, being told it would come, but it did not. No information was given - we had to enquire as to when it was next likely to arrive, and were then given information which was contradicted by a later email, and we had to call again to find out what was happening. Machine works fine, but noticed when installing that 1 transit bolt was sheared, and another bent, consistent with rough handling.
Will not be using this supplier again.
