When the fridge was unpacked at some

When the fridge was unpacked at some point after the delivery I noticed a draw was missing. Phoned them up, they got onto the manufacturer (rather than the "easy option" of telling me to) and got a new one ordered which arrived a couple of days later. I was called back and kept informed throughout.
