I ordered a lcd led Samsung TV, the item

I ordered a lcd led Samsung TV, the item was delivered and the driver checked the delivery. Once it was installed there was actually a scratch underneath one of the glossy labels that stat led, mega contrast etc electro centre ltd or digital point did not want to know and said that i could send it back at my own cost - ignoring all distance selling regulations of a 7 day cooling off period. I don t want to lose these people business but when things go wrong, they re not well equipped.
