I recently purchased a 42" LG TV from the company (model 42LH4000). The TV is great and I was really impressed by the company. The website was easy to navigate and ordering was simple. The price of the TV was the cheapest on the internet, but this did not compromise the service received - I ordered the TV on a Wednesday evening and they called me the next morning to arrange delivery on the Saturday. The TV arrived as planned and the delivery men offered to open the box for me to inspect the TV before accepting it. They also offered to set up the TV for me, which I declined, so I m not sure whether they were planning on charging me for that service. A few days after the TV arrived I received a call from their customer service team, checking that everything was alright with the TV and the service received. All in all, I am very impressed by this company and the TV I bought from them.
