Don't order from electro centre unless you mind waiting in all day for a delivery that never arrives; rude staff at the call in centre who only use paper contacts so can't update call numbers or let you know when the item will be delivered. Completely and utterly worse service I have ever had and can't ever recommend this company. Read Full Review »

Ordered a built in cooker on the Wednesday, free delivery, and the product was delivered on the SATURDAY!! Wow!! Got phone call on the Friday to inform me of following day delivery, and the driver phoned to say he would arrive within the hour. He unpacked and checked the product for damage before leaving. Ordered a washing machine on 2/4/10 Phoned to check delivery dates not really expecting an answer as it was Good Friday. Was really pleased to be told it would be delivered on Bank Holiday Monday. I had originally thought Tues or Wed at the earliest. Had a phone call Monday morning to advise that the delivery would be between 3pm & 6pm. Dealing with this company couldn't have been easier. 'Which' recommended their low price and they were very efficient throughout. They kept in touch regarding delivery as they promised, and delivered my washing machine late on New Years Eve - only 2 days after I ordered it.
