I was advised I would have a delivery in

I was advised I would have a delivery in the afternoon in fact it was not delivered until the evening.

The piece of paper I was asked to sign to confirm delivery stated that the item was opened and was working properly. I remember that the terms and conditions ststed that once this was signed they would not cover the costs for shipping any faulty goods. Read Full Review »

Item (PS3 controller) was new but

Item (PS3 controller) was new but completely unboxed, just posted loose in a jiffy bag - this did not make me confident of quality, but it worked perfectly and was genuine SONY item.

The bluray player arrived very quickly

The bluray player arrived very quickly within 2 days. I ordered it with a HDMI lead which did not arrive with it and was to follow. They phoned me 2 days later to tell me that they could not get the lead that they were advertising on their website and returned my money to the card.
Only a slight blip but meant i could not use it for a week.
