Just Beautifully

I do a lot of online shopping, about 3/4 of stuff I buy comes from online shops. As it's so conveient & is delivered to my desk. Saves the hassles of shops!!

This is the absolute worst website I have ordered off. The customer Service(?) is ridiculous.

I ordered my product, and selected the delivery I wanted on 12/11/09. When I didn't get a dispatch notification a week later I called them. Was told the item was dispatched today, 18/11/09, when I complained about the amount of time this had taken, I was told the item was out of stock and I will have recieved an email. NO email to date. I hadn't recieved this item by Friday, 20/11/09, so I called them again, and asked them to email me with the dispatch notice & tracking number as I hadn't recieved these. No email yet.

I rang them again on Tuesday, 24/11/2009, to say I hadn't recieved my item yet and I haven't recieved any emails from customer service rep. (I seemed to get through to the same rep each time) and asked for a refund in my postage and for confirmation of this in writing via email. Still no dispatch email, tracking number in my email and no confirmation of postage refund. At this point I asked to speak to the customer services manager, was told they werent around and a message would be passed on. Still no call from the customer service manager.

Order arrived today and I rang them just now to ask to spk to customer service manager, told they were not available.
The order number is not right on the despatch note. apprarently my order was dispatched on 23rd nov. (why on earth was I told the 18th??) The tracking number i was provided with was not the one on my package? (seriously how hard can it be!)

Waiting to speak to the customer services manager as I think this is unacceptable.
