Avoid this company!
Ordered my item 24 days ago, and still waiting to receive it.
The money was taken from the account shortly after ordering, yet I haven't received anything.
I've tried to contact their customer services dept, no reply to phone calls, email or post.
All I want to do now is cancel, and I can't even do that!

I found this site to be ever so helpful with my order request from start to finish.
I bought my babyliss straighteners on the 1st of March and I've already received them.

I purchased hairdryer in February 2009, but in December 2009 the hairdryer stopped working, i sent it back to Just Beautifully on 4th January 2010 as within 12 month warranty, they refused to replace or repair and said was in good working order, when it clearly wasn't, very bad burning smell appearing and turbo/power went also orange sparks were appearing from the opening. Firstly I would like to apologise for the fact you are not happy with the service received. As this is not a common occurrence for us, I have investigated this matter fully and would like to explain my findings. We received your item to our offices on the 5th January 2010, our returns department checked the product and were unable to find a manufacturing fault. There was a damaged filter cap which we arranged to get replaced for you, even though this was not actually a manufacturing fault. To confirm, we spoke with the manufacturer who confirmed our findings. At your request we forwarded your item to the manufacturer, to provide written confirmation that this was the case, this is where the unfortunate delay occurred. After a just over a week this was returned to us with an enclosed letter confirming there was no Manufacturers fault so unfortunately we were not able to replace your item as requested. We returned this to you on the 15th February free of charge as a gesture of good will and included a copy of the letter for you. If there was genuinely a fault with the item, please be assured that we would have replaced it straight away. If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

Once again I am sorry you have not had the result you required, unfortunately we are still only governed by the what we are advised by the manufacturers.

From Just Beautifully i have purchased my favourite new gadget (my new massager), which i have fallen in love with. Also their choice of nail polish colours does spoil me!
(packaging of these polishes was my only concern, but they arrived well, in time and place)

I'll start with my only problem, that they have great selection but at the time of which I wanted to place my order 1 of the sizes I wanted was out of stock.

On the other hand, I placed my order with a 48h courier service and I got my items delivered on time with no problems what so ever!

I do a lot of online shopping, about 3/4 of stuff I buy comes from online shops. As it's so conveient & is delivered to my desk. Saves the hassles of shops!!
