    I'll start with the fact that they did not have the item which i wanted in stock.
    However, on the other hand, I rang them up and the lady on the other end of the phone helped me find an equivalent (if not better) item for the same amount of money.
    I've had the hairdryer for just under a month now and i'm extremely happy with it.
