what a micky mouse organisation with extortionate prices supported by a non existent customer service team! the india based (ge money/debenhams store card@30%apr!)call center may aswell be on mars because its impossible to get any sense from them at all. i have had big problems returning goods THEY sent in error and i can honestly say the are the worst retailer i have ever dealt with. i actually work for the company and they are not a very understanding or nice company to work for their rules and regulations upset everyone and customers blame us for their petty ruling especially on refunding items......They are interested in lining their pockets only and thats as far as it goes, customers, staff do not get a consideration..... Ordered a corner wardrobe. Disater started! Ended up ordering two (Apparently), then tried to cancel one - which was not cancelled. Then the order never turned up on one of only two days they deliver (Wasist of time of work - no pay). Tried again but it was going to take another 2 weeks. Therefore I cancelled straight away. Like most of the other reviews. I would have to agree that i have had a very bad experience with debenhams online. The website states that items are in stock, but once you place an order , the item can take 4 weeks if not more to arrive.
In my case. 3 weeks later it still has not arrived, and the only communication i have had was a letter telling me that the item will be 7 days delayed!
