I wont be shopping in Debenhams ever

I wont be shopping in Debenhams ever again.
The staff are poorly trained apart from the comsmetics staff who's companies train them.
When i tried to make a complaint about their lack of customer service and rudeness over the phone it wasnt even dealt with, I was left for weeks and recieved no telephone call or letter from them to say that they were investgating my letter. I wouldnt be suprised if my letter was screwed up and thrown in the bin.
