Ordered 2 A&F items, one men's and

Ordered 2 A&F items, one men's and one women's. Both items arrived very quickly (from China) Men's Item said women's in the label but was designed for a women with a very strange body (was a polo shirt and you would have needed to be in the region of 7ft tall for it to fit, I am 6ft and it comes to my knees). I have A&F clothing purchased from A&F outlets to compare and Little Bape are selling relatively poor quality counterfeit goods. Returns policy is v. poor as you must have not have damaged the packaging (they are wrapped tightly in cellophane so impossible to open without damaging packaging) you must also ship it back within 2 days and you are responsible for all costs. Given the overall shady nature of the company I didn't fancy wasting further money sending them back even if there was a slim hope of me receiving a refund. Overall my advice would be to stay well clear.

We didn't receive any complain about the wrong size label by our records. There must be something misunderstood.

One thing we want to make it clear to all of our customer is our return and exchange policy.We offer a 7-days satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any reason, please contact us to get the return address in 7 days since you receive your package.
Returns must be posted in 7 days in original condition,excluding packing. Full refund will be sent as soon as we get the returns. But if you ask for changing size or style, you have to pay for the postage of replacement(s).
