If you cannot buy something in-store, don't bother trying to explain what it is you want, because their H/o customer service department, just do not listen to a word you say or write.
(1) there actually is no on-line Customer Services
Department. Only their delivery Service.

After shopping in my local asda store

After shopping in my local asda store for many years, I have recently noticed the standard of service rapidly deteriorating, especially customer service.
Asda customer services don't even seem to know their own returns policy, let alone be able to count 27 days back from the current date, and obviously have the power to move a major religious festival back by a month.
