This is the worst store I have used for

This is the worst store I have used for home shopping. They sent me subsituted items nothing like what i asked for, some of my items were out of date the day after delivery and I had to call 5 times each time getting through to South African call centre before I got my refund which at the time of writing this was 9 days and still not in my account
