got my shopping delivered on time polite

got my shopping delivered on time polite driver, then realised they had taken double money out of my bank account, rang them back expecting a apology and for it to be rectified immediatley but no have to wait 7-10 working days, staff rude and unhelpful. Never again will i do online shop with them
