Complete lack of communication, even the

Complete lack of communication, even the complaints department cannot fulfil promises made to get you off the phone. Admitted to employer blatantly lying to me, still not recieved answers as to what went wrong. Seem to think it is acceptable for customers to wait in for an order that was never even ordered and therefore wasting a annual leave day. Never again, feel completley let down especially when the order made was a large one.
