What a Joke !!!!Never Again
What started as a simple order for a bed, from Asda Direct in April is still an unresolved problem ! Bed came as promised (after me ringing them for a delivery date),Problem started when the bottoms fell out of all the draws and the base started to creak. Gave customer services a ring to get replacemets and the saga began. After around 10 phone calls and 2 letters we finally got a replacement in November. If customer services say they will ring you back Its all LIES they dont bother. I wrote to the customer services Director in November and am still waiting a reply. i would not recomend Asda Direct to my worst enemy , the whole company treats its customers with total and utter contempt.
