Just starting out at Uni, I looked

Just starting out at Uni, I looked around for an online delivery service. I found this one, and it seemed reasonable. £4 delivery, reasonable prices, save the effort of getting the bus to the nearest shop...

Oh dear. Only placed a couple of orders with them. First one came no problems, couple of substitutions. Second one, came quarter of an hour early, so I got woken up by the driver ringing me, third one, didn't come at all!

I placed an order for the following day, amended it and completed the checkout process as described in the instructions, then gone to amend it again, but couldn't complete the checkout process before 5pm (the deadline for amending orders), so I though I shouldn't bother as they wouldn't include it in my order.

Turns out this last action meant not only did they CANCEL my order, they DIDN'T tell me they had CANCELLED it. So I had no food for a couple of days. Fourth (and last) order I placed, I got a call at the end of my delivery slot, 'we're having problems with the sat nav', half an hour later, 'we're here, but someone's car is in the way and we can't get right to you', so I had to go and get my shopping, at 9.30pm. So much for home delivery.

End product- one very unhappy customer.
