I have to say that they have less and

I have to say that they have less and less staff when you do visit the store, so not many tills open at weekends. Stock left lying about whilst filling shelves. Home Shoppers leaving their trolleys in everyone's way. And seems to be less stock on the shelves and unavailable signs up.
Also, their home delivery is diabolical. Twice now they have messed up my payment. This time meaning I haven't even had my change of around £8 plus refund for item that didn't arrive from a week ago. Every day I am told someone will phone me, everyday I am phoning then at the end of the day asking where my call is. They just do not want to help and I am disgusted with their customer service. No-one will even put me in the picture why they have cocked up again(oh yes, I got accused of swearing yesterday on the phone for using the word cocked).
Sorry, but it is a joke and I would tell anyone thinking of using their home delivery to run a mile.
